CEO and Founder
Rob Henderson founded Threshold Limited in 2014 as a talent management and consulting firm serving the entertainment industry in Los Angeles, Ca. Over time, his work has expanded to include collaborations with corporations, non-profits, and government agencies in four countries, including China and France.
Rob is deeply committed to unlocking potential within individuals, teams, and organizations through collaboration and learning.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University, Northridge (2005) and a Master’s in Organization Development from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School (2019).
Outside of his professional endeavors, Rob enjoys family time, hiking, cycling, and working on his farm in North West Arkansas.
