Rob Henderson
CEO and Founder
Rob founded Threshold Limited, as a talent management and consulting firm focused in the entertainment industry in 2014. Through his work with Threshold Limited, Rob has consulted with corporations, non-profits, and governments in four countries, including China and France.
Rob's passionate about exploring greater possibilities in individuals, teams, and organizations through collaboration and learning. Utilizing the latest findings in neuroscience, positive psychology, and complexity science, Rob applies a patient and compassionate approach to move through the most challenging issues facing his clients.
Rob received a Bachelor's in Political Science from California State University, Northridge in 2005 and a Master's in Organization Development from Pepperdine's Graziadio Business School in 2019. He enjoys hiking, cycling, presence in nature, and has recently begun experimenting with metal detecting as a hobby.
